Our staff have expertise in areas as diverse as art and design, contemporary fiction, history, biography, philosophy, current affairs, travel, children's literature, cooking and gardening. We love discussing books, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
Paperchain Bookstore at Manuka has always offered a popular special order service. If a book is available in print, we will do our utmost to obtain it for you.

Paperchain is open 7 days until late 9-8pm, and until 9pm on Fridays & Saturdays.
exchange and returns
Please ensure that the book is in "as new" condition, an we will be happy to exchange the book for another or a gift voucher for the same amount.
freight
We use Australia Post for all our shipments. We do only charge you what they charge us, we pack all the books free of any charges. Most shipments with in australia average between $6-$10 AUD.

lay-bys
Our layby terms are 2 months, with a 20% deposit. If the layby is not completed by the end of the 2 month period the layby will be deleted and the deposit forfeited.
